We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the Arbitration Board of the German Bar Association. Dispute resolution by a consumer arbitration body in the course of or during a specific dispute with the consent of both parties pursuant to § 37 VSBG remains unaffected.
